This patch would've been useful to me, if the NVR3 replacer version (the second) didn't require YUP... I'm using TTW, and this simple requirement ruins this mod, I can't get it to work! Why make it a requirement at all?!
Now I'll have to edit stuff in xEdit myself, making this patch useless...
Hi, in the instructions you say that we don't need the YUP patches, but I may have spotted a possible issue.
I'm creating a general compatibility patch for my load order and looking through FNVEdit it seems that 'YUP - NPC Fixes (Base Game + All DLC).esp' overwrites a lot of the redesign designs with the base game ones. Is this intentional?
Im a little confused of the functional differences between 1.0 and 2.0, also having a quick glance over fnvedit, it seems to show many errors when pertaining to race records, could just be on my end though
EDIT: It was on my end, a reinstall of BNW and NVR3 fixed it. Took a look through the new esm, im guessing its just to overwrite it at an esm level?
Unfortunately, loading a .bsa file with an .esp seems to cause possible performance issues. But we still need an .esp to override the various .esp patches to the BNW and NVR3 esms. If you aren't using any conflicting mods, you technically don't need the .esp.
Also on a very very minor Note, it anyone's reading this, Be sure to make your own patch to carry over the 10 or so changes made to powder ganger NPC's if you are using the Mojave Raiders mod.
(If you care enough to change it, personally i dont really care if they have a combat knife instead of a police pistol or whatever minor change raider loot has)

So is this still necessary?

If not, yes. There may be some minor changes but I'll do a check.

The .esm file is there mostly for the BSA file to load in the correct order, after BNW and NVR3.

Nah, but seriously, great work with this one, a very good explanation as to why its needed vs pre-exsisting patch's. easy endorse!
