This is a slimmed down version of the Classic Perks plugin from Cirosan's Classic Overhaul, from which I have cut many perks, and many of the remaining ones have been tweaked or redone.
Intended for use with my Base Game Perks Redux and/or my Sweet 6 Shooter Perk Pack.

Overview:
This is a slimmed down version of the Classic Perks plugin from Cirosan's Classic Overhaul, from which I have cut many perks, and many of the remaining ones have been tweaked or redone. 
Intended for use with my Base Game Perks Redux and/or my Sweet 6 Shooter Perk Pack.

Features:
19 perks and 3 traits remain. No perks or traits that were removed will return. Some are the same as the original mod, most are not.
I've actually added four new perks!

Dustbowl (Trait)
Req: END 4+
It's a desolate wasteland out there, but you know how to subsist on just the bare necessities. Your Dehydration advances twice as quickly, but your Hunger advances only one-third as quickly.

Bruiser (Trait)
Req: STR 5+, AGI 5-
You hit like a freight train, but your swings are also a little on the slow side. Unarmed and melee attacks do 20% more damage, but your attack speed is 20% slower.

Survivalist
Req: Survival 55+, End 6+, lvl 10
Material comforts and the buzz of conversation just aren't for you. With the Survivalist perk, your rate of thirst, hunger, and exhaustion increases are slowed by a maximum of 35%, based on your Endurance when you take the perk.
This perk only checks your endurance and sets the rate based off your permanent Endurance value when you take the perk.

Harmless
Req: Sneak 50+, CHA 3+, Very Good karma.
People don't expect a saint like you to stab them in the back. How foolish. With the Harmless perk, your sneak attack criticals do 25% more damage while you're behind your target. Be good though, because this bonus only applie while your karma is Very Good.

Right Handed (Trait)
Your right hand could shoot the wings off a fly, but your left hand ruins your stability. When using one-handed weapons, you gain +20% accuracy, but you suffer -40% accuracy when using two-handed weapons.

Scout
Req: PER 6+, AGI 6+, lvl 2
Your home has always been in the wilderness, exploring new places and finding new things. With the Scout perk, the experience reward for discovering new areas is tripled.

Silver Tongue
Req: CHA 6+, Very Evil karma, lvl 16
You're most convincing when you lie; people immediately mistrust you when you're being truthful. You've gained +25 Speech, but only while your karma is Very Evil.

Pacifist (Trait)
You believe that there's nothing to be gained from violence. Well, not much, anyway. You gain double the XP from picking locks, hacking terminals, and succeeding dialogue challenges, but only a quarter of the normal XP for kills.

Thermodynamics
Req: End 6+, lvl 8
You won't be intimidated by the flashing lights and fancy sounds; your Damage Threshold has increased by 10 against all Energy Weapons.

Finely Tuned
Req: PER 6+, Repair 50+, Energy Weapons 60+, lvl 16
You know just how to tune the wattage on your weapons for maximum punishment. For each 15 points in Repair, starting at 50, you gain +3 DT penetration while using energy weapons.

A Solitary Soul
Req: lvl 10
Traveling with a crowd just isn't for you.. When not accompanied by any companions, you run faster, recover more health from healing sources, and gain more experience.

Human Lexicon
Req: Int 8+, lvl 10
There's not a word that exists that you don't know the meaning and origin of. While hacking, the range of possible passwords is halved.

Fine Touch
Req: AGI 7+, STR 7-, Lockpick 50, lvl 10
A bobby pin is an excellent tool; if used in the correct manner. Your chance to break a lock when forcing it has been reduced substantially.

Munitions Malady
Req: Repair 40, lvl 6
You know how to make your weapons last until they fall apart completely. Your damage and spread are improved by 25% while your weapon condition is below 25%, and 15% while your weapon condition is below 50%.

Winning Streak
Req: Luck 7+, lvl 18
Once your ticket comes up, you'll be on your way to the high-roller life. After you've scored a critical hit, your crit chance is doubled.

On Guard
Req: STR 6+, lvl 6
In the wasteland, the only prudent thing to do is to keep your weapon ready at all times. The movement speed penalty while your weapon is out has been removed.

Guard Fundamentals
Req: Unarmed 65+, lvl 14
Once your dukes are up, there might as well be a riot shield between you and your enemies. You gain a bonus to your Damage Threshold relative to your Agility (up to a maximum of 10) while you have your fists up.

Personal Space
Req: Guns or Energy Weapons 50+, lvl 14
You're obsessed with making sure that people keep their distance from you. While using ranged weapons, you gain an increased chance of scoring a critical hit against enemies that are within spitting distance of you.

Tactical Bombing
Req: Explosives 60+, lvl 22
Relying on splash damage is for amateurs - a skilled demolitionist will always destroy the right target at the right time. The radius of your explosives is halved, but all explosives do twice as much damage.

Monkey Wrench
Req: Repair 60+, lvl 12
You're familiar enough with robots that taking them apart is a snap - doubly so if you don't care about putting them back together again. You deal 50% more damage against robots when using unarmed or melee weapons.

Steady Aim
Req: PER 8+, lvl 22
Your hand-eye coordination borders on clairvoyance. With this perk, the spread of all ranged weapons is decreased by 25%.

Overwhelming Odds
Req: INT 8+, lvl 16
You've learned how to tilt the odds in your favor when outnumbered. Your weapon damage and accuracy are increased, and you gain +5 DT penetration while fighting a group of five or more enemies.

Fight Hungry
Req: Hardcore mode, lvl 2
Desperation is your strongest motivator. In combat, when you have any level of starvation, you gain +20% damage and +2 Endurance.
-This perk is pretty strong, but it has to be to be a good bonus for letting starvation get that far.

Thirsty
Req: Hardcore mode, lvl 2
Something about the dehydration headaches makes you much more Charismatic. When you suffer any degree of dehydration, you gain +2 Charisma and a -10% reduction in buying prices.

Hardy
Req: Hardcore mode, lvl 6, Survival 25+, END 5+
The natural healing power of the human body is your greatest resource. While your Hunger or Dehydration are over 150, you gain +15 Survival and +15% to recovered health.

JIP LN, xNVSE, Johnny, the usual stuff.

Installation:
Regular installation.

Patches:
None needed.

Compatibility:
Not compatible with any plugin which requires the original file!
No patches are needed. None of the patches for the original CCO are needed. You should use this file instead of the original CCO Classic Perks file.
