Changes made to armors are also made to nonplayable versions that AWOP uses for npcs and if armor is the same, an example is the different versions of reinforced mk 2 combat armor that AWOP and Jsawyer both have, they now share stats, usually going with AWOP values.
I tried to balance armors out seeing as there is Mk II or III version but also Reinforced versions of the same tiers, Reinforced obviously should have the benefits of its non-reinforced version plus more dt and ar.
