I added an update with better textures courtesy of Nehred. It only includes B/W textures. For colorized textures get the mod Securitrons On Alert, which now also adds a support with better colorized textures for my talking animations.
It's a great mod and I installed it as soon as I saw it. I had to remove another mod though, Securitrons in CRT. Do you think you could do a version with a similar crt effect?
A nice optional file could be just the meshes folder with the esp and textures removed, for a quicker setup with mods like Securitrons On Alert So it just adds the lip sync as featured a minute into this video from that mods description:
Actually just got done setting up an archive file like that - with just the Meshes folder in it - for myself...I'd be happy to share it, if anyone wants it, and if the mod author has no objections.
The mod is intended to work with the original content of the game. But it should work with mods that add new lines of dialogue as long as they include the audio files and their corresponding .lip file.
