Great mod! The only thing I don't like is that it does not touch descriptions of the perks if the "bDisableDamageBonus" is on. So it's disinfoming you about what the perks do. How about improving the script a little bit with description changes? Like this, for example:

I think these perks represent pickup skills rather than orientation. After all, a female Сourier can be a lesbian, but act like Corporal Betsy and "always scare off the hot ones..." :) So perks like Cherchez La Femme or Black Widow can improve the basic characteristics of the Courier, as well as the ability to shoot and cook, etc. Unlike traits that have both pros and cons.
Can you give Asexual trait +1 to Intelligent? Because transcending primal urges automatically makes you smarter. ie; no longer think with 'other head'.
Maybe some new traits like Robosexual: Gives you all robot-based perk like Certified Tech and Robotics Expert perks but prevents you from taking all sort of animal and biology-based perks like Entomologist or Tribal Wisdom, also prevents you from taking other -sexual perks.
I think a better ace trait would be something like "Ace of spades" you take 10% less damage from men and women due to your lack of interest in them and gain better outcomes whilst gambling.
But it still imply your character's orientation. Confirmed Bachelor for exemple clearly implies your character is attracted to men, you can flirt with Arcade, compliment a male prostitute's body, even hit on your own brain in OWB and Dr. Alex Richards will have special comments for male players with the perk.

I think a lot of the options these bring should definitely be speech or Charisma related. I usually play straight male characters but take Confirmed Bachelor and Lady Killer both on Charisma/Pacifist run and mostly just think of the options as 1. Being able to read people very well to pick out their orientation and 2. Being able to use that knowledge to my advantage regardless of my character's orientation.
But there's not really any reason why they couldn't be used as setting your character's orientation either. And it does seem like a wasted perk otherwise, unless you're doing a gimmick-y paythrough.
I think the best way to do it would be to select sexuality as a trait that gives no benefits on it's own but unlocks other options.
The vanilla damage bonuses tied to the sexuality traits would simply be a perk that adds the damage effect based on the trait(s) you picked.
Then the dialogue options would be raw charisma checks, would partially help with the issue of CHA being a total dump stat because there are only 3 charisma checks in the entire vanilla game (some boomer fame from the mini-boomers, an option in the quest Dealing with Contreras (or 60 speech also works), and flirting with Corporeal Betsy).
Ngl, chief, I didn't acknowledge the context of putting that in this mod's comment section. In all seriousness, I rather meant that as a trait would make sense like your mod as a concept, including Intimidating Presence and Night Person, as well as a few others. A new mod. (Early Bird is a trait, but not its counterpart?) I'm mortified about the misinterpretation. I guess I'm just that naively minded? Lastly, this post was made at 6:28 AM, I had just woke up. Oof.
I know it could be over-powered, but would it be possible to have some sort of non-binary trait to allow all 4 perks or a unique perk option that better represents being gender queer? no pressure. love the mod <3
Lady Killer and Black Widow are the same. Confirmed Bachelor and Cherchez La Femme are the same. Males can't access Black Widow and Cherchez La Femme dialogues and Females can't access Lady Killer and Confirmed Bachelor dialogues. You would need to edit every dialogues for a gender queer trait to have any effect.
