   I used to think that the reason the knife glowed was because it was Blood-Nap's unique look.  But yeah, they all do it, which I found disappointing of course.  If I had a choice, however, I'd probably elect to keep the glowy effect for Blood-Nap.  That's what I'll probably do during prep for my next playthrough.
