Is there a way for the gun to be named Sig Sauer P226 instead of .357 Auto Pistol? I have a real weapon names mod installed and it's urking the hell out of me that this gun isn't named it's real name.

Just curious if there was ever a version of this that didnt need the ACE ammo?
Had to reset my FNV game entirely and was rebuilding my mod list so naturally i came here to download this gun again since its a staple in my playthroughs and i was surpised to find the 9mm has a dependancy on ACE, which ive never ever used yet i used this p226 mod. im guessing its been updated since i orginally downloaded this but if not, well im not sure hahahah.

only wondering and awesome mod by the way. absolutely love this model.

I love the laser sight, using this gun with asurahs animation pack give me RE4 vibes.

In my Forensic Science class, we had a crime scene which included a prop gun. Our teacher (who was a cop with actual experience with guns) said it was a .45 pistol. I raised my hand and said like an absolute nerd "actually that's a Sig P226, which is chambered in 9mm." He seemed to be angry that I corrected him, especially since closer investigation revealed that the prop said "P226" on the side.

You shouldn't. All of the item IDs are the same, the only differences are the displayed names and such, so installing more than one version could bring problems.

So I'm using the ACE version of this mod. For some reason, I can't use the .357 Auto, JFP rounds. Any fixes for this chief?

Is that one the only variant affected? I'll take a look at it shortly.

      EDIT: Fixed!

      I think .45 version P227 fire blanks?

I quickly check with FNVEdit and found
      DNAM projectile: Null Reference

You can buy all mods from the Gun Runners, though just like all other gun mods you'll need a little luck to find them.

i dont know if this is a bug or not but i cant find ANY ammo at all. i dont get why you couldnt just use the default ammo but the gun is useless without bullets.

Start a new save with only this mod enabled and see if this mod is actually to blame, so far no one else has had this problem. You could also just try your current save installing/uninstalling mods until you rule out the culprit whether it is this mod or any other one, but since we don't know the nature of the problem maybe that's not enough. A simple mod like this should not even be able to cause THAT big of a bug, it just cleanly slips the .357 SIG here and there, doesn't mess with anything else.
