- Fixed the MCM not showing the correct mod version.
- Fixed illnesses with no duration not being re-applied to reloaded NPCs.
- Fixed a debug message being accidentally shown for one of the MCM options.
- Doctors can now treat your illnesses.
- Added MCM settings to configure the treatment expenses from doctors.
- Added Leukemia as a catchable disease for NPCs.
- Added Hemolysis as a catchable disease for NPCs.
- Added more ways for medicines to spawn.
- Added MCM settings for medicine rarity.
- Added a chance that Veteran Rangers will have better equipment if they have the elite veterancy bonus.
- Updated the biohazard message symbol slightly.
- The treatment duration for all medicines has been doubled.
- Drastically reduced Insomnia's duration. The minimum duration has gone from 24 hours, to 8 hours.

- Fixed the damage scale settings not being applied to NPCs properly.
- Fixed a broken script for dirty toilets not giving Cholera risk to the user.
- Fixed the broken perk descriptions not showing the new effects on perks.
- Fixed a bug where the vomit effect would not play for NPCs with radiation poisoning.
- Minor script optimizations.
- Toilet Activator forms will no longer cause full-form conflicts with other mods.
- Shortened the NPC Veterancy MCM description so it doesn't go off-screen.
- NPCs with radiation poisoning are now at risk of catching Fatigue and Fever.
- It now takes much longer for Septicemia to progress into Sepsis.
- Added a new trait, Schizophrenia.
- The Monocyte Breeder perk will now offer a +5% resistance to most diseases, and helps you recover 2 times faster from all diseases.
- The Fast Metabolism perk will now help you recover 2 times faster from a few diseases. Stacks with the Monocyte Breeder perk.
- The Tribal Wisdom perk will now give you +50% resistance to your risk of Food Poisoning when eating consumable items.
- Added an MCM option to customize your trait cap.
- Drinking from bloody water will now give you the same diseases as drinking dirty water; it is no longer 'pure'.
- Adjusted the damage scale settings to match the damage scale settings fix.

Version 1.04-beta
- NX NVSE is no longer required for SurvivalCore. All NX functions were switched to JIP ones instead. This is why a new game is required if you update to this version.
- Fixed a bug where unloaded NPCs with illnesses would not correctly re-apply their illnesses when reloaded.
- Fixed a bug where NPCs would use two water containers to extinguish a fire instead of one.
- Fixed a bug where spore colonies would become interactable when reloaded.
- Added NPC radiation sickness. Radiation no longer only affects the player! It will affect the appropriate character types.
- Added NPC veterancy. This is for skilled NPC's, such as rangers, great khans, etc. This will make them harder to kill. Toggleable in the MCM.
- NPC's with veterancy can also be snipers, and attack their enemies from very long distances if they have the right weapons.
- Decreased the chances of catching Insomnia from combat.
- Increased the spawn chance for all medicines.
- Tweaked the stealth mechanics slightly. NPCs shouldn't be like jedi's sensing you now.
- Tweaked the performance settings for NPC sickness mechanics slightly.

- Fixed a severe bug where biohazard resistances were being applied to individual armors several times in a row.
- Fixed a severe bug where the biohazard resistance for an actor could fall below 0%, resulting in never giving biohazard resistance.
- Fixed the 'Prevent' medicine not dropping the risk of plague.
- Fixed internal mod version.
- Armor protection for the head and torso are now separate. (Activates a JIP setting)
- Added MCM options to adjust the player's health multiplier from Endurance and levels.
- Added MCM option to adjust the NPC health multiplier from levels.

- Fixed super mutants and other creatures playing the vomit animation when poisoned.
- Fixed a direct edit to the Timescale setting.

- Reworked the Flamer mechanics, it is now much less laggy, and has impact splash.
- Flamer fuel's weight has been increased even further.
- Slightly decreased the duration for illness UI alerts.
- Added version validation for the script extenders. It should now alert you if your NVSE plugins need updating for the mod.
- Camera shake has now been restored.
