Saved the textures properly and generated mipmaps, thanks to papelcelofan for telling me about this. They now appear properly in GECK and people having textures set to SMALL or MEDIUM should not have issues (though I recommend having them set to HIGH, iTexMipMapSkip in FalloutPrefs.ini should be set to 0).
Renamed the ESPs (nothing inside them has changed).

The mod now use texture sets. If you have the previous version installed, you can delete the NIF files ending by "_m", "_f", and "_u", they are no longer needed.
