DESCRIPTION
This mod adds the cut-content Chinese Pistol back into the game, but as a fully-automatic machine pistol. It is inspired by the real-life Mauser M1932/M712 Schnellfeuer (Ger. "rapid fire") select-fire variant of the iconic C96 "Broomhandle" pistol. I modified the mesh somewhat, re-aligning the iron sights, adding a detachable box magazine, and converting it to use the 9mm SMG animations. I was hoping that the bolt on the 9mm SMG was animated during firing, and that I could thus make this pistol's slide cycle back and forth but unfortunately it doesn't work that way, so the slide is static.

The weapon has two mods available - a shoulder stock and extended magazines. The stock reduces the weapon's spread (Due to its insanely high rate of fire, the real gun is notoriously hard to control during full-auto fire without a shoulder stock, to the point of being pretty much useless) while the extended magazines double the ammunition capacity. I've added the weapon to all the appropriate form lists so that it counts for all the applicable perks and challenges. It is also considered a holdout weapon, so you can sneak it into casinos.

All the meshes were made using entirely base-game assets and textures. The pistol mesh is cut content included in the game files, while the magazine is modified from the 9mm SMG. The shoulder stock came from the Anti-Materiel Rifle, again with some modifications.

LOCATION
The weapon can be purchased from the Gun Runners, Mick's secret inventory, and occasionally from other vendors or found in containers in the Wasteland. Of course, if you're feeling lazy, you can always use the following console command (Substitute ## with the number of the mod in your load order):

player.AddItem ##000ADE 1;Gives 1 Schnellfeuer
player.AddItem ##000DBD 1;Gives 1 Stock
player.AddItem ##000DBE 1;Gives 1 Extended Mag

INSTALLATION
Extract all the files in the archive to your New Vegas data folder (which is the same folder where FalloutNV.esm is located) and then enable the ESP either in your mod manager of choice, or under "Data Files" in the launcher that runs when you start up New Vegas.
