   Oh, long time ago on my cowboy playthrough I edited Sheriff's hat to have same effect of 1st Recon Beret, good to see all hats being usefull.

   Man I just want to say this mod is perfect! I could never bring myself to not use the 1st Recon Beret because of the Crit. chance, but the Ranger Grey Hat has always been my favorite one aesthetically. It's like you saw my perfect hat in your mind and made it into a mod. Thanks so much!
