   I assume just using this version should be fine for TTW right?

      All mods that add completely new weapons work with TTW. It's replacers and balance mods that might need a patch. You might need a patch to get it to spawn in the Capital Wasteland, though. Although, you could just spawn it in through the console after searching the Museum of Technology,  since that is where you would have found it via the original mod

   Easily the best looking nifscope weapon I've seen. I really like the hypnosisy sight. Great work.

   Holy smokes you actually ported it! After FO3 kept crashing on me, I gave up on it But now that its here, I wouldn't have to miss it as much

      I started playing NV after had completed FO3 for the 8-9ish time? xD I missed some of my other mods, so I just started porting. More of my files is coming up. ; )

   It looks pretty Nifscope-y, but in this case, I think it works.
   
   Also, if you've still looking for a better place to put it, may I suggest the Remnant's bunker?

      I agree, getting it earlier would be god weapon for early level play-through. just a suggestion.
