   There is one missing mesh in first room and one missing in second room in basement. I get no lag when walking in either room. I think you system is having issues but my system renders smoothly about 60 FPS.

      I use no high end or cpu taxing mods just some simple mesh/teksture re-placers for vanilla armor/body mods breeze/type 3 that is all.

   Maybe you should remove some of the weapons and move them to another cell. I think there are just to any meshes in the cell.
