Primm Player Home
You can find the player home just outside of Primm. It is just behind where the house of the town are. The player Home itself is very modest and very lore friendly. Just a simple shack you can dump your stuff and sleep at. This was made with lore in mind. The interior is fully navmeshed. Ownership set to the player (Can use containers and sleep).
Pretty simple mod , Just download with NMM make sure it checked in the load order.
