How exactly is this supposed to work? Is it supposed to avoid the phrase from being repeated after being said once by any actor? (meaning that if one NCR guy says it then no one else should repeat it). If so it ain't working for me... no unresolved conflicts according to FNVedit. Or is it supposed to make each and every character not repeat the phrase more than once? in other words, I should hear the phrase at least once from every NCR trooper? If so... it's harder to tell if it's working or not. Also, it this is the case wouldn't that worsen the already prominent save bloat problems? In any case, I'm still getting nuclear winters and "won't go down easy" like crazy. Pity, those and several other comments are really annoying.

Hey there, interesting mod. I was looking forward to using the version of once per day, but I noticed on FnvEdit that some of the entries still had only once tagged. Was that an oversight or?
I personally enjoy the little pieces of dialogue and wont be downloading, but I think that you should upload an optional .ESP that has the NCR stuff included
I would have enjoyed it too but the dialogue system for rumors was done quite badly, each time i entered a public area like a saloon, everyone acted like morons and kept bothering me over and over with the same lines and wouldn't stop talking about towers on the strip, Primm sheriffs and such...making me wish to murder everyone in the room And it didn't make sense to me that people in rular areas like Goodspring kept talking so passionately about robots on the strip, honchos of them strip families...i mean why should they even care.
