AREAS:
*Fixed a bug with navmesh boarder from cell -11,24 to -12,24
*FIxed navmesh issues in PrimmTentsHayes cell. NPCs walking over the table and striding into the wall, etc.

MODS CHANGES:

*CrateShippingHospital - now uses ClutterHospitalB15 and ClutterHospital15, instead of 2 ClutterHospital15.

ITEMS:
*JarRiflePowder - swapped in a new texture so it doesn't look nuclear green, set price to 40 caps
*JarPistolPowder - swapped in a new texture so it doesn't look nuclear green, set price to 25 caps
*Rocket Chem - set to the CHEM list in survival crafting menus.

ARMORS:
*Changed Wastlander's Gear to Hapless Bandito Gear 12DT, 333 caps, Weight 9, Luck-2 (Cliff Brisco's Shop)
*Set Sheriff Duster to 4DT, 8lbs, uses RepairClothingMerc list (Balance to JSawyer Mod)
*Set Sheriff Hat equal to desperado hat, uses same repair list.
*Set Dirty Pre-War Relaxedwear to weight 2, from 5
*Set Dirty Pre-War Parkstroller Outfit to 2, from 10
*Set Trooper Fatigues to 4DT, 8lbs, +5 to Speech, Guns, Explosives (Balanced to JSawyer Mod)
*Changed ArmorNVPGSoldier name set to "Powder Gang Blast Outfit", + 5 Explosives, swapped .nif with ArmorNVPGSimple
*Changed ArmorNVPGSimple to swap .nifs with ArmorNVPGSoldier

WEAPONS:
*Set Satchel Charges; craft skill to 30 from 25, damage to 125 from 250, force to 250 from 500, weight to 1.5 from 0.75.


- - PRIMM:
*After player finds a new Sheriff, remove dead characters; Sheriff, Wife, Daniel Wyand.
*Removed/disabled Bench from Sheriff's shack in Primm.
*Added Additional Package to Sgt.McGee if he is Sheriff.


- - NCR Outpost Primm:
*Enabled/Altered an NCR trooper to guard a perch above the bridge.
*Created an NCR Trooper to patrol guard the street below the bridge.
*Created/Reworked the NCR trooper who guards the bridge.
*Reworked All Trooper Patrols and sandbox behavior. (No changes to Tyrone or Hayes)
*Reworked/Polished All Trooper areas (including NavMesh)
*Altered McGee's Packages while at the NCR outpost.
*Mines are removed from the Bridge if NCR takes over Primm.
*Fixed Navemeshs on or near the Primm Bridge
*Added Campfire to command area of the outpost.


- - New Encouters & Scripted Scenes
*Added Escaped Convict attack event at Primm Bridge. Enjoy.
*Intense Polish done to the Star Shootout event. Enjoy.

Installation and use:
---------------------

Extract the .Rar into your Fallout New Vegas dirctory.
Files in the Data folder should extract into your data files.
Files in the sound folder ( inside the data folder ) should extract to your sound folder.

When you start the game choose the Data Files option on the menu and enable the mod.
