I have a few ideas for the perk. -one demonstrates heavy's love for sasha, abd how he takes care of her, weapon conditions decays slower, by how much is uo for you to decide -the other is about the sandvich, eating food gives you more health or the effects last longer.
Probably, or most likely... I'm literally just bumbling around in the GECK and trying to figure out stuff to then make mods. Hopefully at some point I'll deal with the voice, but I will focus on adding more than just a talking man. Maybe a Companion Perk if possible? Any constructive pointers would be lovely.
you know in all my time playing new vegas and the amount of time i have used the minigun i never thought of this, this is a really cool idea maybe you could have all 9 classes and take over the wasteland for blue team (cause of the blue vault suit) that would be awesome
Alpha testing and such. Needs to know that he is there, and not completely broken for it to move on to later stages. Pretty sound method for anything that can come with bugs and is released to the public.
