If someone wants this mod updated to work in another language version of the game, please DM me. But, please only do so if you have a copy in that language, and speak it fluently (preferably as your mother tongue.) This way we can work together to test that it will work with the YUP language version as well. <Ave! True to Caesar>
Works still on TTW 3.3.2, and as far as I can tell, YUPTTW (which is included with TTW) does correlate this with the respective ending slides that the Courier convinced Hanlon not to sabotage the Dam's defenses any longer. I love mods like these so much! Thank you! :)
No; YUP includes that fix (and soooo many more), so anyone using this mod is recommended to install YUP 1st, it's updates/patches, THEN this mod (overwrite changes) and you should "stay gold" ; )
I'm so happy seeing this updated, thank you very much That being said, YUP got an update yesterday, and there's two fixes involving Hanlon But there's good news, these changes only involve killing Hanlon, making this perfectly compatible
I think it would be good for YUP to include this mod because killing Caesar is pretty redundant since players have to go through all the trouble getting a scripted event, obtain the mark of Caesar, etc. Nobody wants to initiate a main quest just to have Hanlon stop falsifying the records by telling him Caesar is dead, so I think it's best that this mod is implemented with YUP so it'll be so much easier hearing from Silus that Caesar is sick and dying, and telling Hanlon that well? Caesar is sick and dying. I also notice that you packed the entire mod into one fomod rather then a .esp to zip/7z, care to clarify? (got no issues, first time seeing an fomod being directly submitted on nexus without the use of zip, 7z, or rar while other fomods are contained in zip files until they're unpack through mod manage)
YUP only includes fixes and this mod might be restoring cut content. No one really knows; they'd have to ask J.E. Sawyer, or one of the two designers who implemented the quest. It's been 9 years though, so who knows if any of them even remember? The only way I was able to make this mod was to replace voiced audio files. At the time that excluded it from being a part of YUP, as the team on that mod aimed to make YUP work with all versions of the game. This mod only works with english language versions.
I don't remember anymore why I packed it that way. Maybe to encourage people to use FOMM because Timeslip is awsome? :^)
Chief Hanlon's dialogue might've been fixed in the latest YUP v11.9, pretty sure atleast. I've read the patch notes but I'll have to check if it actually restores the dialogue.
Edit: Nah, I don't think it has been fixed, only some bug fixes for his radio dialogue. They probably do consider this cut content.
Wow, very surprised that some people are still using this mod. Thank you to everyone!
I compared the latest version of YUP (11.9.1) to this mod in FNVedit, and it seems the two are no longer compatible. If you want YUP's fixes and this mod to work together, you need to use YUP version 11.8.1 and it should be fine.
I don't think it would take a great deal of work to update this mod, unfortunately I don't have the time right now to do it.
This mod only fixes the quest Return to Sender. Nsinger's mod (Ending Fixes) corrected the issue with the endgame slides a few years back, and it's included in the latest version of YUP. Place the .esp file from this mod after YUP's in your load order and you're good.

Uninstall any version of this mod you are using, THEN install version 1.3.1
EDIT: I just checked and fast paced myself through the Return To Sender quest and the mod DOES NOT need YUP to function. 10/10 mod!
