So if you're like me you like chocolate and steaks and to reload ammo as much as possible so you can never run out of ammo. So I was clearing a cave which had a lot of boxes that contained a lot of powder. but then I noticed that I had like 700 powder on me and that it weighs 700 POUNDS! At that moment I was like "Really bethesda -_- ?". So I changed it.
Basically what this mod does is change the weight of all the powders to 0.001, which means you basically can carry as much as you want, as you should be able to. There are two files for this mod, One makes the powder weigh 0.001 and the other makes powder completely weightless.

P.S: It could be that the reason my game had powder with weight is because I have a lot of mods installed that make a lot of changes to the game, So your game might not need this.
