Decided to fix your meshes for some reason https://mega.nz/file/ oIRTBaIQ#139nmUa60SMTtVzEeQi_cwT76b4KBM6VtHgsXx08j8I
Removed the hard texture paths so they work in places other than the C: drive, and I fixed/restored all of the material properties that got messed up. They should shine like the vanilla weapons now.
@yungskiz Or the mod creator could just make their mod *not* perma-delete base game interiors. Seriously, "just do the thing before breaking your game"? Really? And, you consider that destruction of vanilla NV to be an "upgrade"?
Did you guys though about... Uhhh... I don't know... Reloading a save BEFORE installing the mod? You know, like we ALL do after uninstalling certain mods.
With your permission, I'd like to use this mod, clean it up and perhaps intergrate it as part of the NCR.
The grammar issues, and some of the writing feels a little on the low quality side, and in the first part I've had to spend just shy of 1500 caps to get the next quests.
I tried to enjoy it but I do apologise - I can't. So, as said in the first sentence, with your permission, I'd like to create something similar to this, based off of it.
Tried desperately to get into this mod because I love infrastructure mods that restore/improve the wasteland, but it's painful trying to juggle the several constant compromises that have to be made:
1) The dialog is notoriously low-quality with constant grammar and spelling mistakes, there's no variety to the conversations (it's just NPCs saying very flat, uninteresting, obvious things in a very deadpan mannerism) so it's difficult to establish any of the trademark New Vegas character connection with these "characters". 2) The mod is incredibly janky with several bugs in the quests that leave markers on objectives that have been actively completed, quest items stuck in your inventory (the NVPD uniforms in particular), and I'm almost frightened to actually try arresting anybody because I'm worried the arrest collars will revert to their original bomb script and straight-up execute my prisoners. 3) The door glitch. I'm well aware that people have already complained that this mod scrubs the original door to the Highway Patrol Station's vanilla interior, but *NO.* That's not what happened. What happened is, this mod scrubbed the ENTIRE INTERIOR CELL out of the base game. I tried using the 'coc' console command to get into the Patrol Station's interior by force, and... nothing. Nothing happens. I don't go anywhere. So not only has the door been deleted, but so has everything that used to be behind it.
This mod is so bad that it literally breaks the base game more than it used to be. That is impressive.
I tried very very hard to get into this mod and enjoy it, but the writing is too off for me to enjoy it at all. I feel like I'm playing pretend with small children whom don't actually speak my language.

May I translate this mod into Simplified Chinese?
But cannot endorse due to the fact that after you upgrade the police station,
THE DOOR IS GONE FOREVER after uninstalling the mod.
