After you help him out he can help you out by providing fire support and giving you 5mm and missiles once a day as well as doing pretty much everything  a companion should do.

If you choose to download his new suit textures pick only one because it will overwrite his current texture/model.

The Runaway robot quest is no longer needed but will still work if you want to do it

The runaway quest can be activated by picking up a note that's sitting on a table in the gibson scrap yard.

In the quest runaway robot You need to pickup the note before you pickup the tracker as it can mess up the quest. Also make sure you've already completed his companion quest as that will also probably mess it up.

He can be found outside Gibson's Shack.

In order to see some dialog you need to have general subtitles check on

He is at first kill-able but will become essential after you complete his quest.

He is not voiced.
