Changes in TSC Vegas Commander Revamped 1.2
* Port most weapons and clothing from Flamenx mods and added them to appropriate lists by script. Added iron sights to weapons.
* Renamed Marine Assault Rifle to MAR21J9, as per the weapon addon. Black Guard Assault Rifle renamed BAR21J9.
* Add weapon mods to MAR21J9 Assault Rifle and BAR21J9: Sniper Rifle Suppressor, Hunting Rifle Scope, Service Rifle Springs
* Add weapon mods to SMGR21 Submachine Gun: 10mm Pistol Silencer, 10mm SMG Recoil Compensator
* Create NPC versions of most weapons and armor to prevent players from obtaining free equipment
* Add requirements for calling in diplomats, science team, Thunderfist, Black Guard, and Stormtroopers
* Adds TSC Power Modules with craftable variants, including optimized ammo
