This is a nearly complete save file for Fallout: New Vegas.
Summary:
-99% of quests done.
-Level 50.
-Quests done semi-legitly (no Setstage, but did use Movetoqt).
-Maxed out stats, all sorts of goodies.
-Very Good karma character.
-Name: Dark_wizzie
-Contains fixes from YUP.
Requirements:

-YUP (An unofficial New Vegas patch available here.)
Noteworthy Things:
-Quests are done semi-legitly. No setstage business, but I did use Movetoqt to teleport around quickly.
-There are two save files in the download. One of them is closer to being completionist, but in that save file you can only side with the NCR or Yes Man.
-The other one is like the one above, but the main quests are done up until the player loses the ability to side with any particular faction. This has the unintended consequence of not having Return to Sender finished (Hanlon won't stop peacefully until Caesar is dead).
-In both saves, quests are done so Cass remains alive. I used Setally to prevent the Van Graff from being hostile.
-Idolized by every faction except Caesar's Legion.
-YUP has been loaded since the start, allowing any possible non-retroactive fixes to work properly.
-I uh... picked up the Goodsprings Snow Globe. The rest of the globes I added via console commands. Not a deal breaker.
-Lucky 38 suite upgraded fully.
-All caps in player's inventory is from doing quests only. I didn't pick up the gold bars in Dead Money.
-Many unique and best weapons added, included the best ammunition.
-Followers have all been given the best weapons for their class. (In other words, Veronica got the best unarmed weapon, Cass got riot shotgun, etc.)
-All schematics known.
-Not all locations have been discovered.
-Almost all of the unmarked quests have been finished.
-10 for all SPECIAL.
-No duplicate perks. This means no Lady Killer and Cherchez Le Femme at the same time, etc.
Sides I Picked:
-As mentioned: Yes Man or NCR.
-Gannon's quest has NOT been started. If that quest gets finished, you lose him as a follower forever.
-NCR has retaken the NCR Correctional Facility.
-The Khan harassing refugees of Bitter Springs was convinced to leave.
-HELIOS One gave power to the entire Mojave, but was not destroyed. ARCHIMEDES was armed via console command.
-Private Stone was convinced to turn himself in during Medical Mystery.
-The Boomers were not wiped out.
-Jack got her girlfriend.
-The White Glove Society gave up cannibalism after Mortimer was ousted.
-All the fiends got killed.
-Player has joined Followers of the Apocalypse and the Brotherhood of Steel.
-The citizens of Goodsprings with the Courier's help, defeated the Powder Gangers during Ghost Town Gunfight.
-The Great Khans decided to leave and seek to restore their former glory. They did not side with Caesar's Legion.
-Keene was persuaded to stay in Jacobstown.
-The mercenaries in Unfriendly Persuasion were persuaded to leave. (Hah, get it?) Marcus was not extorted.
-Pacer was killed by an energy weapon during GI Blues.
-The player has joined The Kings.
-The Misfits of Camp Golf were properly trained instead of taking Psycho.
-The rockets in Come Fly With Me were sent to a better orbit. This means Novac will not have to deal with radioactive material.
-The Powder Gangers of Vault 19 turned themselves in to the NCR.
-Primm got law from the NCR.
-Jeannie May was shot by Boone during One For My Baby.
-Fought in the arena with sexchange console command.
-Veronica left the Brotherhood of Steel.
-Elder McNamara was never ousted, and the NCR allied with them.
-Boone got his closure, finally, in his quest.
-Raul decided not to take old age lying down, and got the Old Vaquero perk. (Tabitha was killed.)
-ED-E got its upgrades from the Followers of the Apocalypse instead of the Brotherhood of Steel.
-Rex got Rey's brain, giving it higher damage.
-Cass dealt with the Crimson Caravan Company and Van Graffs peacefully. I gave her Hand of Vengeance instead of her normal perk.
-Lily decided to take her medicine on schedule.
-Dog and God merged successfully. The other two followers for Dead Money died. But really, it doesn't matter.
-For Honest Hearts, the White Legs were destroyed, and Graham dealt the finishing blow.
-Follows-Chalk decided to leave to see the world.
-Daniel let the Courier tell Waking Cloud the fate of her husband. Waking Cloud forgives Daniel.
-Mobius was spared.
-The Old World Blues house is fully upgraded.
-The Courier's brain was reunited.
-Ulysses agreed to stand down.
-Lucky I'm Alive perk.
-Nuked both the NCR and the Legion, to unlock the most amount of areas. These areas have not been touched by me yet.
