Excellent mod. Four awesome, cozy houses, pleasantly small and nicely lit (meaning - not too much), well placed, well designed. They're identical but don't worry, they're four separate cells and you can easily decorate or populate each individually, with other mods. The one in Nipton overlaps with Nipton rebuilt's Flamingo grand casino, but actually on the outside they both look totally ok, as if intentionally built together, so you just need to use a mod like KDS Portable Camp Stuff - NVSE (plus KDS Portable Camp Stuff - NVSE - New Vegas Fixes) and simply place another stairs to get to the casino, which takes like 5 seconds and you're done - and there you are, you get to keep both and Nipton looks awesome.
I like this house, only thing it needs is a med kit for meds, and a fridge, and maybe one more locker. Nice house, freeside version fits nicely into the game especially with electrocity lighing. Theres one street light on the corner that complements your mod nicely .
