Possibly conflicts, or perhaps just straight up doesn't work. Installed it, did nothing for me.

I'll look into it and see what could be causing it. I'll have something before the day is over.

I've found the cause, uploading a fixed version now.

Yep, definitely does work now. I'm really enjoying that it can be taken as a trait instead of a perk, too. Excellent job.

The same effect as taking the Intense Training perk twice combined with taking Tag! three times (which you can't even do in the base game)... all in one perk...
Don't you think that might be just a little unbalanced?

It should be trait for balanced purposes.

I can make an optional patch that turns it into a trait.

Yeah, a trait would do nicely. Have it balanced out by decreasing radiation resistance and/or your health, since you've spent the time sitting down to study.

I thought so too. It gives you 2 S.P.E.C.I.A.L.-points and 45 Skill Points. There really should be something done for balance. The stereotype of a "bookworm/geek/whatever-you-would-call-a-person-fitting-this-perk" usally lacks in general fitness, so maybe substracting 2 or 3 Points from different physical S.P.E.C.I.A.L.-Attributes (e.g. 1 from Strength, 2 from Endurance or the like) should do it I think.

So you gave it an XP penalty, but I still feel like that's not enough, especially considering some people LIKE earning less XP. I'd say incorporate the things TheRealMansn mentioned as well.
I'd reccomend severely nerfing the perk version too. I only say this because you have this mod marked as "fair and balanced" in the tags, which it really isn't.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm new to the whole modding and tagging scene. I've added the nerfs TheRealMansn mentioned to both the perk and the trait. I've also left the original versions as old versions that can still be downloaded.
