Even though there was no ideology that caused more death than Communism. only one little example of this though for the fun of it: The Commies in China wanted more food, so they had seen that sparrow birds would sometimes eat a little of grain when tired, they thus (satanically) deduced: "if we kill all the sparrows, we would be seeing an annual increase of grain production net yada yada" so the reds got to work and slaughtered all the poor sparrow birds, little did these atheists know, that those birds ate pest bugs alongside grain, and when said birds were gone, the bugs began to eat the crops en masse, causing millions of Chinese people to starve to death.

well in the soviet union pretty much everyone except the elite where poor so it is actually accurate (also the soviet union didn't have long term stability as they dissolved in the 90s)
Realistically, a victorious Third Reich would have likely died the same, slow decaying death that the Soviet Union did in the years and decades after the Second World War until it finally collapsed in the much the same manner, and possibly along the same timeline as well.
