Description

Time before goodsprings came to be inhabited, a group of scavengers set up a home base in an old abandoned

petrol station. These scavengers looting from all places around and suddenly had to abandoned their settlement,

leaving many valuables behind. This mod features a personal settlement for you to store gear and weapons out

in the wastes, with gear to loot and a special secret hidden close bye...

Installation
-------------
This is a purely vanilla mod and doesn't require any of the DLC's. and wont clash with any other mods, To my

knowledge.

1. Download extract the file
2. Copy and paste the ESP. file to = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data
3. Launch the game and enable the mod in the games data folder.

Uninstalling
------------
Make sure you aren't near or in the premises when you uninstall the mod, then simply delete the ESP. file.

P.S
---
This mod doesn't affect the Story line, Ringo can still be found inside the station.
