      Turns out I had the OLD OLD plague doctor mod that required the fo3 textures.

   The lighting is really bad on the first picture, I can't tell what the trench coat looks like because it's so dark. Could someone maybe get a better picture?

      Did you activate the .esp file? Also did you install this or the required file first?

      Hey thanks for the review! By the way to trench coat textures were made by me, The model for it was already in the game.
