ye but it's always good to have screenshots to see what you get with this mod, even if it's just stats, some other mods with just stats tweaks do have screenshots
I don't think the archive actually has any of the mentioned assets in it. It's only 2kb and therefore probably only contains an esp. But yes, you'd need Gopher's explicit permission before uploading any of his meshes/textures anywhere, regardless of whether you credit him or not.
Maybe it requires you to download the assets from Gopher, and this esp references those assets. It's not the first time a mod has done that, and is less sketchy permission wise.
Did Gopher give you permission to upload this? This mod seems like a reupload of his duster, with a different name, renamed weapon, renamed hat, and renamed glasses.
I do believe this isn't a reupload, because Gopher hasn't ported this to New Vegas. *edit* It appears Gopher has actually released a version of this that doesn't require his Fallout 3 version.
Did you get permission to post this? It seems pretty suspicious to just upload someone else's work without adding anything to it. EDIT: The mod contains no meshes or textures. Totally above board. Sorry for the accusatory tone.
