I can assure you it is not just WME. I use WMX and yet my Fatman was still using Liberty Prime's ammo (hence insta-crash). It was just one slight issue in the TTW Master File (which is the last in the TTW/FO3/FNV Master load order, and hence, takes priority).
The strange part is that the GRA Fatman and Esther (the unique Fatman) were both happily using their correct ammo lists.
Might be caused because the stock non-GRA Fatman uses just the MiniNuke type ammo, and not an ammo list like other weapons.
I personally haven't bothered to reinstall, it's such a minor fix that it was quicker to make a mod like this that to reinstall TTW.
it's modding. there are always individual cases. I made an isolated copy of my game with only WME and TTW and it still happened. this is still just an ammo fix. But I suppose I'll change the post to reflect such.
