I have a few suggestions even if I didn't download your mod. One is screenshots. atleast one showing where the house is at and then some showing both the interior and exterior. people like to see an example of what they are downloading(no pics no clicks). Another is if there are known problems you shouldn't upload as a complete or new mod. That would be a WIP mod that should have a forum thread for beta testing and help/advice. You can use many a file host to hold your WIP files and there is the forums here that you can start a WIP thread for valuable feedback and testing.
Anyway I wish the best for your modding and hope you do not give up if this mod doesn't get spectacular reviews. We all start someplace and end up someplace else. This might be a start for you and the end is Fallout 6 The ultimate overhaul that makes Falskarr for Skyrim look pathetic. Making that happen is up to you though and I hope you do make it happen.
