      There is about 7000 caps on him, unless GECK is messing with me. Really rusty when it comes to modding.
      
      Just remember to prepare when facing him. He has 1000 health, and deals a decent bit of damage.

      To install, it's just the usual of copying everything into the Data folder of the game, correct?

      Well, that's why I tagged it as "not lore-friendly", so that people who don't care for non-lore-friendly mods don't have to waste their time looking at mods like this
