It would really help if the description actually described what the mod is, it would really help. i personally will not investigate what the mod is if the creator will not take the time to type what it is.
It's an ENB. I guess someone like you would just call it a "better graphics mod." It pretty much just makes the game look a certain way, depending on what the creator is aiming for.
he's not rude at all. this does the same thing like any other ENB presets do. ENB is not even an mod and yet you called it a mod....(?) if I want to know what this or that ENB preset does, I just look at the picture to see if it suit my style or not. I only check the description to see the requirement and what ENB version it need.
Looks pretty cool, too bad I can't use it, I guess I just have really bad luck with enbs, my fps used to rarely drop below 60, and with this is struggles to reach 20
Wow! And ENB I can actually run! Came back to comment and endorse. This ENB has zero frame loss on my system and looks pretty good (much better than vanilla). The only thing I changed was to make the nights a bit darker. It made for some awesome screenshots. My only gripe is that it's not Night Vision friendly. But that is not a huge deal to me. Maybe in the future though?
Anyways, I think this is a fine ENB for anyone who wants to enhance their game in a not-so-over-the-top way, and doesn't own a 980. So thank you and cheers!
Hey man, I just wanted to tell you I found your other ENB and my goodness it is amazing. You are not given nearly enough credit for making your TrueVision ENB. I am posting this here because I didn't know if you checked those comments anymore. How can something look so good cost zero frames? I have no idea but you must be a wizard. I loved it so much that I took the time to learn how to implement nightvision compatibility in it. Took some time but I finally got it. TrueVision totally blew me away so I hope you continue to update it. Cheers.
3rd download right here, and you seem open to constructive feedback so I hope I can be of use.
Firstly I concur with printerkop, scenery looks fairly washed out with vanilla everything-else. With realistic vision it's much improved but I will note to your earlier point that there is some performance hit to lower end systems (not major, FRAPS benchmarked a 3FPS average drop, of course I imagine it's barely noticeable on higher end, and unplayable lower down - I run a pentium 3.0 and a GTS 450); it was barely noticeable but it exists nonetheless.
This ENB has great potential, it's clear you've put some work into it, but with some minor tweaking I can imagine it gaining some real popularity!
Well I don't really have time to check and besides, unistalling DUST will f*#@ up the game which means I would have to reinstall NV. But you know you're welcome to try it out and maybe upload afew screenies yourself
from the screenies i see now (blue skies) it's clear that you edited the enb to fit DUST. it looks too washed out for me in the vanilla look. and sorry, but the bokeh, well..i just don't like bokeh blur..
you should have left the DUST screenies up, cause with DUST it looks ok to me.

all joking aside, how does it look without DUST ?
cause thes few screenies aren't bad.
Bit strong on the Bokeh but..
