As of its first beta version, this mod is simply a basic companion. It features no lip-synch or voice acting. There are no quests or prerequisites involved.
Taurus Risus, which roughly translates to Laughing Bull, is a legionnaire loyal to Caesar who wills serve the courier if he earns Caesar's favour.
As of right now, Taurus can be found in Cottonwood Cove, below the office of Aurelius of Phoenix and in front of the docks, lingering near a wooden shack. He should follow any courier, regardless of faction allegiance or reputation, and is skilled with melee weaponry, unarmed combat, and firearms. He comes equipped with a Fireaxe and Veteran Legionary armour. He does not receive a ranged weapon.

*The Laughing Bull requires TheFourthHorse's Bullet Scar mod, particularly the Old Ghoul Eye race.
The Laughing Bull can be installed by simply extracting the contents of its folder into the Fallout New Vegas/Data folder. Otherwise, a copy of FOMM and its package manager can be used to directly extract the file.

As of its second beta version,TFH bulletscar is no longer required, as problematic crashes were encountered when loading the companion's cell.
Taurus Risus has been given a unique set of armor, rifle, and machete that can not be removed from his inventory. His ammunition should be unlimited.
Scripting errors were fixed regarding recruiting the NPC.
