Found this because of Qenosa's mod compilation videos. This is a great house. It's simple and small, but also is one of the most unique house mods I've seen, and it has personality. I'm glad I found it.
I am thinking about releasing a stand alone safe house / real estate mod. Right now I'm about 75% complete with a mod that is - more or less - a huge extension of Project Nevada, with lots of new armors and weapons of all types, entirely new power armors, etc, etc
One aspect of this large mod is the amount of safe houses available to the player. There isn't one in every major city, but almost. Many of them are duplicated cells with edited furniture, objects, and navmeshes. And there are a few rather unique entirely from scratch ones - like "Cliffside Hideaway". There is very literally a fort in the middle of fiend territory, and a reclusive "Hunter's Refuge" in the far reaches of the Mojave that is also embedded in to a mountainside, but overlooks what can be considered the largest hunting area in New Vegas. Most safe houses have a fast travel marker, and all are fully navmeshed and companion friendly. There are also a few unmarked and undisclosed locations to discover.
The real estate is sold by a real estate agent in the Mojave Outpost or Freeside.
The stand alone version of this mod WON'T require Project Nevada. It'll only need the vanilla game.
As in, it's only reachable if a certain person tells you about a hidden door somewhere/password to disengage all the traps n it (because hey, it's the wasteland). Or something like that.
This safehouse seems so lonely and dangerous, and I like it! Downloading and will endorse. May I suggest a little corner you can grow some plants? I really like my hideout to be self-sufficient.
hey this looks pretty unique,i check the latest files everyday lately and was surprised i missed it,so i checked my list,this mod is no where to be seen atleast in my list and i went back to jan15 ! well i got it now,your extended mod sounds interesting to,ill be back to endorse as soon as i make my way there,i guess i better have a look first,but the screenies are enough for me
