      So he wouldn't overflow Latest file section. Plus all these mods he is putting out are basically updates to his previous mods.

      He has a right to upload whatever he wishes, as long as it/they don't violate site guidelines. You have the right to simply ignore his uploads if they don't interest you.

      The person's clearly doing it to be a troll though. Nobody overflows a place with s#*! mods unless they're doing it because they think they're funny.
