This is an awesome a$$ mod. Since freeside gets you near silverrush, new vegas and the wrangler, it's really useful to have a home there. the only problem I have is that it's too clean. Just need a couple of details like whiskeys on the table, magazines, bookshelves with books (even burned or ruined ones). Other than that pretty sweet mod. Simple yet elegant and useful.
I think it's better this way, because you can put stuff in there yourself. Like things from the unique collectables mod, for example. Also, adding some stuff in GECK yourself to an existing interior cell is pretty easy, especially if they're just decorations. I like how plain it is.
this is a great player house i always wanted to live in freeside after helping the king and NCR it does look a bit too nice for freeside but i have a bunch of mods that are not lore friendly so i dont mind XD
I was actually about to load up the GECK and make an apartment out of the same building when I decided to check Nexus and see if someone had already done it for me! I really like what you did with the place, but holy framerate death Batman! This place really kills my framerate. I'd tone down the amount of containers and put all the consumables in containers to improve performance if I was you. As it stands I'll have to edit it myself to improve the framerate while inside. You get an endorsement anyway.

Needs beds for companions. Could you add a 'back' option to the player terminal? Have to sort something to get out when I accidentally select it.
