I've always been disappointed with the general lack of "utility" or non-lethal weapons in the game. Lonesome Road finally added one option, if not a stellar one. My goal with this is to make flashbangs readily accessible, so that they become desirable as cheap utility items for opening a fight.

There are a few mods floating around for adding accessible utility grenades, but I've found that they're all bloated with extra content or changes to game mechanics. This mod is as simple as it gets, so you don't have to worry about compatibility issues. Lonesome Road is required, obviously.

Any character can access the recipe from a workbench; no special prerequisites.
