    Hi.
    This is very good.
Is it possible to add a TAC effect to armor if it removes the pipboy?
I'm using the "No PipBoy in power armor" mod and all the PA sets I've already found can't use TAC.

Ok for some reason any time I try and use it on my elite riot helmet, it gives me a warning that nothing is equipped in that armor slot. I tried each option and all of them are giving me that warning.
Edit: I tried it with Ulysses's mask and it worked fine, so it has something to do with the helmet itself

No idea why I checked this today, but here I am, lol.

So checking it in FNVEdit, for some reason the Riot Gear helmets aren't tagged for any head slots except Hair and Mask, which is... odd. Even the ranger helmets in the base NV game have the Hat and Eyeglasses slots tagged, which allow this mod to work. With only the mask and hair slots tagged, this mod can't find the equipment to add it to the proper lists.

The easiest solution would be to make a change to the Riot gear helmets that tags them as items in the eyeglasses slot, then use that. That would be a 2 minute change in FNVEdit for anyone familiar.

The only other solution would be for me to expand the mod to allow adding NV to mask items, which I'll be honest, I would have to go back to nearly decade old notes to accomplish, it's been awhile, and I won't get to that soon, sorry.

I had a bandana that I could wear with my helmet on at the same time, I just used the one item to give the bandana night vision

I haven't played NV in awhile, and wasn't aware there was an update, but I just checked it with the updated .esm file and it appears to work just fine, as the mechanism for assigning nightvision/etc. doesn't look like it has changed any.

I haven't exhaustively tested it though, so let me know if you run into any issues.

Another thanks for making this. Frankly, the NVG is amazingly handy, but as it was, it really limited outfit choices.

THANK YOU, For those wondering how to remove the patcher in your pip boy, just disable the esp. It still works even after you disable the esp.

Somebody has a screenshot how does this work? I was wondering if I need to configure the patcher in MCM. Just need nighvision.

This Is configured by using an item in the Apparel section of your inventory called "Adv. Recon Patcher," which will bring up a message box with the menu and instructions. The Item you want to add Nightvision to has to be equipped for this to work.
