Can you make like an inspired NCR Enhancement mod. No offense or anything but all the troops were all the same male face preset, and all white male so... that was really unimmersive
Could you be bothered to provide an all-in-one for this? I'm always running short on plugin real estate and can't afford to add six plugins . They can't be merged with Merge Plugins because of the (in my opinion silly) dependency on Old World Blues.

Sharecropper farms was a great idea. Along those lines, AeroTech Office Park could use more people. Its supposed to be a refugee camp but theres almost nobody walking outside.
