The goal of this mod is to add more generic NPCs to the NCR areas around the Mojave, as I felt they weren't populated very well.
Current areas affected by this mod: Mojave Outpost, Camp Forlorn Hope, Camp Golf, Bitter Springs, 188 Trading Post, NCR Sharecropper Farms, Aerotech Office Park, All Ranger Stations, except for Charlie. IMPORTANT NOTE: Download and install all files for the mod to fully take effect. :) Check out my mod of the same thing for the Legion here: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/57476/?
