No, it changes game code and not assets, and thus needs to be done as an esp.

Not really. For the most part, that raises the question of how these extra mods would be obtained; just adding them to the levelup pool is boring and beside the intention of the mod. Changing the scripts to allow a 3 way choice between the perks is currently beyond my ability (and in all honesty, so is any changes to this mod in general, as I don't currently have modding tools set up on my computer at all).

The intention of these perks is to serve as a replacement of the vanilla set, if that doesn't suit you, you can simply uninstall the mod to use the normal ones.

Nice idea. Gives you a reason to want to put your brain, heart* or spine back in. I'd read that these were perks floating around but never fully completed on the Fallout Wiki, the effects weren't finalised etc but the names were given. It's nice to see someone eventually brought them to life.

*Although poison immunity getting removed is a HUGE trade off, good thing the Auto-Doc can swap back & forth.

Glad you think so. I figured they were interesting and different enough that there was bound to be people out there that would enjoy seeing them restored, myself included. Wasn't much work, since they were kind enough to be pretty specific with what these perks were supposed to do in the little info that was left in the game. :P

Yeah, it's a bigger trade-off than the normal choice is, but I'm presenting them as-is, mostly for a lack of better ideas, lmao.

Have you played with these at-all? I've a feeling they were cut for being a bit overpowered and not quite comparable to the alternative perks. What do you think? I really like the idea, but it's possible that they'd be better off tweaked a bit, if I remember the values of the perks that got shipped with the DLC.

I've played with them since I made them 2 years ago. They've been doing me alright since.

Though my opinion on balance probably isn't the best in the world to be honest. The main reason I restored them is because the original choices felt too much like each other in the vanilla game. I'm more than happy to take any suggestions for balance or changes - though I would like to stick with them being significantly different from the '-less' perks at the very least, if not keep from deviating too far from the descriptons.

If you have suggestions for tweaking the values, I'd be more than happy to take them and try it out when I eventually get FNV back on my PC.

Just here to point out that Obsidian made the game, easy mistake to make, just thought I'd point it out. Great idea for a mod!

Oops. I knew that already but not two years ago when I wrote that description.

Thanks! It hasn't gotten the same attention as my other two (more recent) mods but I hope that'll change.
