O know this Mod has been silent for 3 years +, but I looked it over and very much considered giving it try, the amount of space available makes it a great spot to bring multiple companions. With one exception.A lack of companion beds. The main bedroom seems large enough that it could have accommodated a bunk bed along a far wall, and maybe a bed in the medical area, then this would be a fantastic spot to have extra companions to "wait" or even dismiss them to this location as a home.Overall I find this space wonderful, with a few minor exceptions.First being the Dining Area, having the cupboards with the broken glass. Those always annoy me that if anyone was decorating, they would bring in furniture with broken glass. I much prefer the look of a regular all wood cabinet.. Second, the Upstairs bar, love it, but it needs a sofa to sit on for those watching a game of pool. ( I know there aren't actual pool playing animations, but hey, I imagine my companions play a game now and then).
I know these comments seem moot, but maybe the Mod Author might see them, as I do appreciate the work that was put into this home, but also these comments might spur someone else into making what I would consider the perfect Westside home too.Anyway, thanks for the efforts and it is very nice Apartment mod.
Was just wondering if you could do a version without the NCR and Legion flags and maybe incorporate Old World flags instead? I found a clean image, in case it has to be made custom.
I started to create a home mod in Westside and then I realized that there is no Mojave Express delivery box anywhere near. Like those found in Novac, Primm, Godspring, Freeside and The Strip. When you are loaded with loot you can drop it into nearest box and have it shipped to a one where you home is. If you fight or scavenge a lot, it is practical.
Usually there is more than you can carry in the box, which is not a problem if your home is nearby. You can't fast travel while overloaded, and if your home is away from the box, you need travel several times between the box and home to transfer all the loot.
It is possible to add a box, but Mojave Express Box scripts must be edited to work with additional box.
I just noticed from your pictures that you placed some of the basement kit wrong, ive had this problem myself because its a pain the arse to get the entire ceiling lined up, the rest looks good, if not a bit empty.
Here's a really good suggestion that would be super helpful to testers such as myself....A key to the front door. Unless I overlooked something, the description provides no clues to a possible key to it, nor is there anything resembling a key on the table or ground near the door.....it is definitely possible that I overlooked something, but maybe not. Or, as a second, more possible scenario, maybe my game glitched and the front door is not supposed to be locked?
Firstly, I must apologize for my rudeness in my post. You are correct, I made a newbie mistake and didn't read the readme included. I've been playing mods for years, and I just didn't think of doing my own advice of RTFM....again, I am sorry I was rude in my post. There was no excuse for it. Will be endorsing as soon as I post this. Thanks!
West side is the mod ignored community in the game, despite it being amazing. Will be trying this one for sure. (also, love when people use leftover Fo3 assets "romantic" lantern FTW!)
I actually found the key before I realized where I was! Good mod even if the empty shelves were a little weird looking. But it does give me plenty of places to put souvenirs and random weird junk I find in the wastes. Love the view from the roof.

I could try to make the tapestry myself and send you my results.
