I was thinking about making a different esp that would add a bank in the wasteland which you would have to scavenge to find the portable bank, for Fallout 3 it would be infested with raiders and maybe some mole rats and/or radroachs while for New Vegas it would be infested with either raiders or fiends and radroachs.
If there is enough people who want me to make it like that then I will do it when I will have some time, of course, it could take a little while cause I'm working full time but it will be done if people are interested in this, it would be more lore friendly and it would add a new location to scavenge for pre-war money and caps.

Cause I don't think It's possible to pay a fee to open a container, maybe by creating scripts and programming codes but that is far away from my level, what I could do is make it for level 30+ or even lock the terminal and you would have to be level xx in science or find the password in a dangerous place to use the bank whenever you want.
I agree please add something, even if it's optional, just so it doesn't feel like I'm cheating! Maybe an epic quest and a requirement.... This mod at the minute makes the weight stat void, cheating much?
The Fallout 3 version is now alive! It took time cause I'm busy at work, playing video games and stuff ya know, my next step will be to make it In french for both NV and F3.

I will also make one for Skyrim and probably Oblivion which are gonna be more about magic of course. I would do one for Morrowind but I don't really like the Creation Kit of it, it's pretty old and not so stable so It's pretty hard so I'm not sure if I'll be doing one for it.
so this combines the bank mod with the bag of infinite holding mod, well done as it saves an esp from my cluttered LO.
while i cant justify the inter-dimensional storage container i can tell you that the bank portion is upon us, most currency in today's world is not physical, its all stored in computers
Yeah, you cannot remove it, you get it right after a few seconds when loading a character, It is marked as a '' Quest '' item so it cannot be removed cause if you would lose it you would lose all your stuff in it, well not really cause you can access your bank via the Terminal which is located In the Tops presidential suite but yeah since It is is something that you shouldn't lose, it is a Quest item.
Oh hey cool I was looking for one of these a few weeks ago tried asking on the forums and nobody responded. Nice to know I got lucky and somebody made one.

Maybe a monetary cost to use that scales with level/total available funds? In addition, maybe restrict usage in some locations/Combat.
