   I don't know if it was just this mod or the combination of mods I have installed, but this seems to have broken several NPCs when I have it on. I had to remove it.

   for me the graphics seemed glitch and my frame rate seemed to momentarily freeze at certain areas.
   neither would companion smoothly follow (is that what is called 'nav-meshed')?
   But it could have some potential with much more development.

   Locks good.But you could improve it a little bit by adding a bit more clutter
