Install either manually or with a mod manager. This is just a basic sound replacer. If you are a total noob then all you have to do is:

1. Download the mod.
2. Extract it.
3. Copy and paste the "sound" folder into the "Data" folder found in New Vegas game directory.
4. Archive invalidation may be required. Fallout Mod Manager is known to be the most reliable tool used to apply it.
5. Have fun.
