Yeah. This mod is a bit still in development, but it is my preference to have kind of empty rooms. If there's something you think I should put in this room though let me know!
So the entrance is between the Goodsrpings General Store and the Prospector's Saloon. But the Vault itself is somewhere north-west of the Hoover Damn? I'm confused...
I suppose I should explain my motive behind Vault 94...I'll be adding this to the description so that everyone knows what I was thinking during the creation of this mod. Hopefully it'll answer your questions about the odd entrance location(s) during my explanation.
Vault 94 started as a personal project.. I never intended to actually release it to the public. So, for the most part, Vault 94 is based largely on my own personal preference (i.e. symmetrical hallways and the lack of clutter). However, as I slowly added more and more features to it, I made the decision to release it because I believed that someone else might find it useful as well. Primarily, Vault 94's purpose was to provide a player home that was easily accessible from the Wasteland, and more importantly, commonly visited interior locations like Caesar's Tent and the Lucky 38, since I absolutely hated that in order to access the Presidential Suite in the Lucky 38 you had to move through three different doors just to get to your stuff. Additionally, you had walk a long ways just to reach Caesar's Tent, and move through several cells to get there. Vault 94's purpose was to cut down on walking time and loading screen time since it allows you to use the teleport doors to skip several of the steps to reach those locations, while providing a convenient storage area as well. In fact, if you count the Main Entrance (the physical location of the vault) at Boulder Beach Campground, there are a total of eight entrances to the vault. They are located at the following locations:
-Boulder Beach Campground -Goodsprings -Lucky 38 Casino Floor -Caesar's Tent -Gun Runners -Mick and Ralph's -Brotherhood of Steel Bunker -Hoover Dam
Now I realize that the entrances locations would mean that the vault would have to stretch underneath the entire wasteland, but that isn't really the point. If it makes you feel better you can visualize that a tunnel stretches all the way to those locations from the main vault, and in fact I considered adding a small passageway to simulate the effect that you are going to be walking a long ways (much like DLC Honest Hearts did), but I scrapped that idea since it would detract from the vaults' main purpose: convenience.
I hope that cleared up some of your confusion, and I really appreciate the feedback! To sundriedcorpses: Thanks for the tip! I'll make sure I move the entrance in Goodsprings as soon as I get done typing this! If you find any other mod conflicts please let me know! Comments like these are the only way I'm going to make this a better mod and ultimately become a better modder in general. To Maxandmov: I suppose you could think of it like magic. As far as vault94a being in-game cut content, I'm not sure what you mean. Vault 94 was created, designed, and scripted by yours truly. The only in-game cut content I included was My First Infirmary. If you could explain your thoughts a little more it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
horrible choice of location for the vault/sewer hatch entrance thing u got there. will likely conflict with a major weapons mod: Weapons of the New Millenia, since the optional weapons cache is on top of that exact spot. so... move it like 3 feet to the right and you're solid.

Well there is not really much of work done as far as I can see since Vault94a is a part of ingame cut content...
Plus to all, MasterOfTheMoon89've made a legit statement about the vault's location, yeah...
