Faction armors were just to disguise yourself to faction, but there weren't any other reasons to wear them. Even pre war clothes gived you some bonuses, but no any faction armors, or most unique armors either. I changed that.

Now there is small bonuses to every faction armor you can wear, expect Lanius, no point to give any, 'cause the road is coming to it's end.
I restored Papa Khan's armor and helmet too, which were cutted off from final game.

There are few non faction armors too, which I added some bonuses. They are lore friendly, and not too powerfull

-Kings Outfit
-Viva New Vegas (weared by King)
-Desert Ranger Armor, 'cause it is unique
-Advanced and Elite Riot Gear for same reason

I changed too Armor of the 87th Tribe to Legion Faction Armor. It never maked a sense not to be one, 'cause originally weared by member of Legion. Not bonuses changed.
I changed Scorched Sierra power armor for same reason to NCR Faction Armor. Not bonuses changed.

If you want to have some texture for Papa Khan's Armor I recommend to use Sansuni's Papa Khan Armor texture mod. Otherwise Papa's armor would be empty textured.

Installing

-Unrar file
- Put data to program files/folder (placem where you installed your New vegas)/new vegas/data

Load after New Vegas, Lonesome Road and Honest Hearts.
