Unfortunately it doesnt work with Universal Item Sorter mod. Its either no weight or no sorting by changing load order. Regardless, this mod is useful and works but you have to choose one or the other.
It works with Universal Item Sorter mod if you load it before. You can do that by selecting a group after double-clicking the Mod in the Plugins tab of Vortex. Universal Item Sorter mod also keeps working for me.
But the following excerpt from a comment of one of the source files from this mod makes me question whether I want to use it at all
is it possible to make a mod that only removes the weight from Lead? I dont mind other items having weight but I tend to breakdown a lot of the ammo I dont use incase I find a good weapon and want to change what I use as main weapon and lead starts to weight a lot after a while.
This mod is wonderous and I was pretty much never able to play the game without it so thanks a bunch.
Secondly, as it's very clear with what you have said and done: Food, Chems and Alcohol doesn't do some/most DLC items and I have taken the time to edit it myself and to my knowledge I haven't missed any items so if anyone comes here and you see this, please let me know incase I need to change some stuff.
I cannot get any of these mods to work. I am at a loss looking for compatibility issues. I would normally not mind posting but since the mod was updated so recently I am giving this a try.
What could be preventing the mods from working trough Vortex? I don't have any other obvious conflicts and I already removed the Universal Item Sorter which was my only suspicion.
I'm not an expert at these kinds of things, all I did was change the weight value of items in the GECK, but I'd try putting this mod very low in your mod load order. Something else you have might have changed the weight values and are overriding this one.
First of all, thank you for making this mod. It helps a bunch and generally makes the game less tedious especially for the DLC where storage is limited.
I've found, in using both the weightless aid and crafting mod several items that are not weightless. These are just the ones I've noticed, and I'm sure there are others. I understand that most of the miscellaneous items I'm listing are not crafting items (the ones I know that are I've put an " * " next to) but I would argue that having a "weightless misc. items" mod might just be more simple and useful overall. Many non-crafting items are used for quests or can be turned in for rewards or are great for farming caps, and others yet you will very rarely drop and will carry the entire game (Vault 13 Canteen, Caravan Deck).
Aid items with weight (mostly in DLCs): Auto-Inject Stimpack Auto-Inject Super Stimpack Antivenom Blood Shield Dark Datura Datura Antivenom Datura Hide Daturana Sacred Datura Root Spore Carrier Sap Wasteland Tequila Weapon Binding Ritual MRE Roughin'It! Bedroll Kit Rushing Water Large Wasteland Tequila
Misc. Items (* next to ones used in crafting) Caravan Deck Empty Nuka Cola Bottle Gecko Egg Green Gecko Egg Mantis Egg NCR Computer Parts NCR Radio Parts Pack of Cigarettes Carton of Cigarettes Ralph's Sexbot Holodisk Vault 13 Canteen Broken Laser Rifle Lawn Mower Blade Sheet Music *Nightstalker Egg *Nightstalker Blood Fire Gecko Egg Dinky the T-Rex Souvenir Crutch Cuddles toy car Toy car Milk Bottle Pre-War Toaster Post-War Toaster Harmonica Dinner Plate (and other colored plates) Camera Scripture *Empty Scotch Bottle Vacuum Pressure Cooker Paperweight Leaf Blower
Makes the game so much more reasonable! Now I can carry more weapons and armor without having to worry about my aid and misc items! Then again I also took the Hoarder perk at the start...so its a constant battle...yet its quite fun! Endorsed!

As a side note, I changed the bedroll to 7.5lbs. I do feel this needs weight, but 15lbs is too heavy for my liking.
Hope this helps anyone!
