FYI mod deletes a bunch of stuff. Deleting is a CTD risk so people are better off grabbing Performance Of The Gods. If anything references the deleted items your game will crash!
I don't know why but "ENB Performance Booster 5.esm" breaks a lot of the quests in the game for me. If you encounter bugs with buttons either during "Come Fly with me" or problems with the generator during "That Lucky old sun" then this mod might be the cause of it. Uninstalling it fixed the issues for me.
Nice lie, that's a picture of NCRVET, don't believe me? Watch his videos, he has a customized blackout ENB, uses that exact same armor combo from the VGU pack, and that armor also has that stuff on the back anyways, it's just aesthetic.

Warning - you won't be able to repair the auxiliary generator at helios one with this mod activated. Seems removing the steam above the broken hose also removed the quest trigger. I was able to continue after deactivating the esp's.
Same issue as Snoopy. Deactivating the esp brought back the steam and the quest triggers. Oddly enough the triggers were dead on both the generator and the robot that can repair it for you.
Exactly. "Come Fly With Me" too. I used cheat to complete the quest for nothing. I just went to find out that it was this mod that caused this in the Helios Generator.
... looks like. When to do this. you will have to disable the mod and s#*! go with lags... bruh I need to disable frame limiter i enabled by nvidia inspector
